CWMF is calling upon Houstonians to help lift the burden from our disabled veterans’ life long struggle against the same common enemies mentioned above. I would like to emphasise the veterans’ current struggle against our own government to protect the benefits they deserve. Also, the struggle against politicians using veterans’ issues to win votes only to be abandoned once the wars die down and patriotism becomes less popular. Poiticians’ terms in office are temporary but arms and legs do not grow back.
